October Stay Connected Event:

Panel Discussion & Networking Dinner
Real Lean vs. Faux Lean

This panel discussion will feature some of the world’s best lean practitioners. Each panelist will address what they know in terms of “real lean” as practiced by the leading organizations. They will also share their insights into “faux lean” which is often characterized by the practices of laggards.

Beyond questions from the moderator, attendees will also have a chance to ask questions. You are encouraged to bring your tough questions. These panelists are the best; so come with your biggest challenges and get some straight talk on what you need to do.

Participants will:

  • Learn what these leaders are doing to create a sustainable organization.
  • Understand how chaotic cost cutting efforts by the laggards will not lead to long term success.
  • Get answers to your toughest challenges.
